Derek Rafla
| Derek is a 21 year old bodybuilder from Ontario, Canada who shot with PumpingMuscle doing an arm workout in his gym and modeling/flexing outside a couple of weeks before competing in an OPA contest, the Canadian version of the NPC in the USA, in July 2011.
